01 / 02 RETURN TO SERVICE

Traffic times depend on temperature, preparation, repair thickness and intended load. The
under-1-hour claim for 751 concerns floor traffic; structural repairs need an approved design
and load release.

03 / 06 SURFACE PRESERVATION

Remove algae and weak material; clean and repair before coating. For 754 + 727, confirm
adhesion and finish suitability for the actual traffic.

04 DAMP-CONCRETE PROTECTION

Confirm preparation and the specified MVT primer / main-coat system. Immersion build differs
for walls and floors; allow 7 days at 25 C before service. Specify 727 where required for UV /
algae-deposition protection.

05 PRIMER, FLEXIBILITY & ACID CONTACT

756 TDS states moisture tolerance up to 15%; confirm the measurement basis. The 4029 TDS
specifies 703 ST-PRIME for wet, damp or oil-impregnated concrete. Built-in flexibility does not
replace movement-joint detailing. Staining marks contact areas, not necessarily the leak
source. 98% sulphuric: continuous contact; 50% nitric: intermittent spills with prompt water
flushing. Both may stain. Select chemical duty and allow 7 days at 25 C for full chemical
resistance.

07 / 08 SYSTEM SELECTION

756 does not override the moisture limits of 761, 765 or FLX. Confirm total flooring thickness;
retain movement joints. For FLX, use approved movement / bridging details, 7170 where
specified and outdoor UV protection where required. Full cure: 7 days at 25 C.
