fire-retardant cable coating ક્યાં વાપરવું
જ્યાં cable ની આગ એક area માંથી બીજા area માં જઈ શકે ત્યાં EC 43 General વાપરો — plant ને જોડતા લાંબા cable highway પર અને જ્યાં cable wall કે floor માંથી પસાર થાય તે દરેક જગ્યાએ.

FRLS cable અને FM 3971 / IEC 60332-3 coating ની flame retardance test સામાન્ય રીતે 20–40 મિનિટ માટે થાય છે. EC 43 240 મિનિટ ટકે છે.
ફાયદા
આગ tray પર આગળ જતી નથી
Cable sheathing આગને આગળ લઈ જતી રોકે છે, તેથી આગ જ્યાં શરૂ થઈ ત્યાં જ રહે છે અને active system ને તેને શોધીને બુઝાવવા સમય મળે છે.
સૌથી લાંબું tested flame-spread protection
IEC 60332-3 મુજબ 240 મિનિટ — 40 મિનિટની maximum test requirement કરતાં છ ગણું.
Cable derating નહીં
માત્ર 1.6 mm પર tested હોવાથી cable capacity ઓછી થતી નથી અને 3–5 mm વધારે જાડા coat થી cracking કે peeling થતું નથી.
Low smoke
CBRI-certified અને low smoke, તેથી આગ દરમિયાન escape route વધુ clear રહેવામાં મદદ મળે છે.
આગમાં ચાલુ રહેવા જરૂરી fire pump, alarm અને exit lighting માટે fire-survival cable coating (FIREX EC 43 Survival) જુઓ. Rat અને rodent cable ને નુકસાન કરતા હોય ત્યાં FIREX EC 7034 topcoat તરીકે લગાવાતું cable માટે rodent-repellent coating છે.
Installation summary
Route નો survey કરો
general cable run (EC 43 General), આગમાં ચાલુ રહેવું જોઈએ તેવા circuit (EC 43 Survival) અને rodent-prone route (EC 7034 topcoat) mark કરો.
સંપૂર્ણ ખુલ્લી length પર coat કરો
Cable ની સંપૂર્ણ ખુલ્લી length પર tested 1.6 mm dry-film thickness સુધી સતત coat લગાવો.
દરેક opening માં coat કરો
Cable જ્યાં Stanvac firestop માંથી પસાર થાય, ત્યાં seal પર એક foot EC 43 coat આપવામાં આવે છે.
anti-rodent topcoat લગાવો
rodent-prone route પર EC 43 build ઉપર FIREX EC 7034 ના ઓછામાં ઓછા બે coat / 0.5 mm લગાવો.

ના. IEC 60332-3 test circuit survival સાબિત કરતી નથી. fire pump, alarm, ventilation અને exit lighting માટે IEC 60331-21 મુજબ tested FIREX EC 43 Survival specify કરો.
Coating cable capacity ઘટાડશે?
ના. EC 43 ની test 1.6 mm dry-film thickness પર થઈ છે, તેથી cable ને derate કરવાની જરૂર નથી.
