NBCS 2026 / SP 7:2026 / PART F - FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY
FM અને UL સ્પષ્ટ કરેલા નથી.
Clause 3.5.4.4 આ penetration seal માટે IS 12458:2019 [F(34)] ટાંકે છે. FM / UL certificates અથવા ASTM reports એકલા IS compliance સ્થાપિત કરતા નથી.
બંને test જરૂરી છે.
Fire test + ફરજિયાત hose-stream test. સ્પષ્ટ કરેલી seal assembly માટે બંને પરિણામો માંગો.
2-કલાકની દીવાલને 2-કલાકની seal જોઈએ.
લાગુ પડતા cable / conduit openings માટે ઓછામાં ઓછું 120 minutes [3.5.4.4]. Distribution-cable shaft seal દરેક માળે તે માળના rating સાથે મેચ થવી જોઈએ [3.5.5.1].
Part F ક્યાં લાગુ પડે છે.
Occupancy, height અને area ચકાસો. ઉદાહરણો: 9 mથી ઉપર education, assembly અને storage; 2,000 m²થી વધુ low / moderate-hazard industry. Area triggers અને shaft exclusion લાગુ પડે છે.
NBCS 2026, NBC 2016નું સ્થાન લે છે.
SP 7:2026, 30 April 2026થી અસરકારક, national guidance પૂરું પાડે છે. રાજ્યના bye-laws અને fire-authority ની શરતો સ્વીકૃતિનું સંચાલન કરે છે; હાલના local bye-laws સુધારો ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી અમલમાં રહે છે.

A. Opening seal કરો.
NBCS Part F: 3.5.4.4 (penetrations); 3.5.5.1 (shaft floor seals).

B. પસાર થતા cables નું protection કરો.
દરેક penetration પર EC 43 નો 1 ફૂટ. મફત સામેલ.
Seal gap બંધ કરે છે. EC 43 cable પર flame spread રોકે છે.
EC 43 General: Test કરેલી cable assembly માં 240 minutes / IEC 60332-3 સુધી flame-spread protection test કરેલ.

C. Circuit અને panel protection ઉમેરો.
OPTIONAL UPGRADES
Local flame-spread control અને સંપૂર્ણ લંબાઈનું circuit survival અલગ specifications છે.
STANVAC સ્પષ્ટ કરવાનાં 4 કારણો.
ટાંકેલા ભારતીય standard મુજબ test કરેલ.
FIREX systems ભારત સરકારની laboratory CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee ખાતે IS 12458:2019 મુજબ test કરેલ છે. Project મંજૂરી માટે સંબંધિત assembly report નો ઉપયોગ કરો.
