FM ಮತ್ತು UL specify ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ.
Clause 3.5.4.4 ಈ penetration seals ಗೆ IS 12458:2019 [F(34)] ಅನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. FM / UL certificates ಅಥವಾ ASTM reports ಮಾತ್ರ IS compliance-ಅನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಎರಡೂ tests ಅಗತ್ಯ.
Fire test + ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ hose-stream test. Specify ಮಾಡಿದ seal assembly ಗೆ ಎರಡೂ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ.
2-ಗಂಟೆಯ wall-ಗೆ 2-ಗಂಟೆಯ seal ಬೇಕು.
Apply ಆಗುವ cable / conduit openings ಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 120 minutes [3.5.4.4]. ಪ್ರತಿ floor-ನಲ್ಲೂ distribution-cable shaft seals ಆ floor rating-ಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು [3.5.5.1].
Part F ಎಲ್ಲಿ apply ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
Occupancy, height ಮತ್ತು area check ಮಾಡಿ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳು: 9 m ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ education, assembly ಮತ್ತು storage; 2,000 m² ಮೀರಿದ low / moderate-hazard industry. Area triggers ಮತ್ತು shaft exclusions ಕೂಡ apply ಆಗುತ್ತವೆ.
NBCS 2026, NBC 2016 ಅನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
SP 7:2026, 30 April 2026 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ, national guidance ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. Acceptance state bye-laws ಮತ್ತು fire-authority conditions ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದೆ; ಈಗಿರುವ local bye-laws amend ಆಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.
Seal ಮಾಡದ opening fire-rated wall-ಅನ್ನೇ ವ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
Fire ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಗೆ gaps ದಾಟುತ್ತವೆ; ಜ್ವಾಲೆಗಳು cables ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. Handover ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ: seal-ಅನ್ನು specify ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಯಾರು, ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು test ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತೇ?

NBCS Part F: 3.5.4.4 (penetrations); 3.5.5.1 (shaft floor seals).
Ratings, test ಮಾಡಿದ assembly ಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. Substrate, opening, services, seal depth ಮತ್ತು installation detail ಹೊಂದಿಸಿ.

B. ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ cables-ಅನ್ನು Protect ಮಾಡಿ.
ಪ್ರತಿ penetration ಬಳಿ EC 43 ಯ 1 ಅಡಿ. ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
Seal gap-ಅನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚುತ್ತದೆ. EC 43, cable ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ flame spread-ಅನ್ನು limit ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
EC 43 General: Test ಮಾಡಿದ cable assembly-ಯಲ್ಲಿ 240 minutes / IEC 60332-3 ವರೆಗೆ flame-spread protection test ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
Seal ಮಾಡಿದ opening + coated cables: ಎರಡು fire paths ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. Installation illustration.
C. Circuit ಮತ್ತು panel protection ಹಚ್ಚಿ.
