Panels, cables અને openings ને આગ ફેલાવાથી બચાવો.
દરેક કડી બચાવો: panel નો તણખો → નાનો wire → cable highway → openings.
કાનૂની જોખમ બેદરકારી કે જોખમી ઉતાવળના કામથી લાગેલી આગ અથવા વીજળીના ઝટકાથી થયેલું મૃત્યુ, જેને રોકી શકાયું હોત, વ્યક્તિગત criminal liability નું કારણ બની શકે છે. BNS 2023, Section 106(1).
Panel gaps seal કરો. Panel માં આગ રોકવામાં મદદ કરો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Electrical-panel gaps અને cable entries.
Technology. ભારતનો પહેલો oxygen ઓછો કરતો panel sealant. Flexible, પછી ફરી ખોલી શકાય; જણાવેલી arrangement માં IS 12458 પ્રમાણે 2 કલાક સુધી tested.
તમને ફાયદો. ધૂળ, ભેજ, જીવાત અને ઉંદરો અંદર આવતા રોકો. નાની ખરાબી મોટી panel fire બને તે રોકવામાં મદદ કરો.
આગ panel માં જ રોકવામાં મદદ કરો. નુકસાન અને downtime ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Electrical panels અને cabinets ની અંદરની painted surfaces.
Technology. ભારતની પહેલી intumescent fire-barrier panel coating. Panel paint થી આગ વધતી ઘટાડે છે અને thermal shield આપે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. આગ જ્યાં લાગી હોય ત્યાં જ રોકવામાં મદદ કરો. Equipment નું નુકસાન અને production downtime ઘટાડો.
આગમાં પણ જરૂરી circuits ચાલુ રાખો.

Technology. દુનિયાની પહેલી fire-survival cable coating. XLPE 4-core 70 mm² પર 1.6 mm: 950°C પર 180 મિનિટ (IS 17505-1); 750°C પર 240 મિનિટ અને 15 મિનિટ cooling (IEC 60331-21).
તમને ફાયદો. Test કરેલા circuits ને certified સમય સુધી ચાલુ રાખો. Anti-rodent protection માટે જણાવેલો 0.5 mm 7034 topcoat લગાવો.
Cable ની આગ ફેલાતી ઘટાડો. બાકીનો plant બચાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Cable trays અને cable highways.
Technology. CBRI-certified, ઓછા ધુમાડાવાળી coating: IEC 60332-3 પ્રમાણે 1.6 mm પર 240 મિનિટની flame-propagation performance. Circuit survival ની માહિતી 3A માં છે.
તમને ફાયદો. એક જગ્યાની cable fire આખા plant માં ફેલાતી ઘટાડો. ઉંદરોવાળા routes પર જણાવેલો 0.5 mm 7034 topcoat લગાવો.
Insulate કરો. Seal કરો. આગ ફેલાવાનું ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Tape લગાવેલા connections, cable joints, busbar અને lug joints.
Technology. Rubberised SHP base + top coat. આગ પહેલાં 11 kV સુધી insulation test; 120-min IEC 60332 flame-spread test (CSIR-CBRI). HT: 955 SL tape સાથે વાપરો.
તમને ફાયદો. Tape લગાવેલા joints અને તિરાડવાળા cable joints થી breakdowns અને આગ લાગી શકે છે. 931B repair કરેલા joints બચાવે છે અને આગ ફેલાવાનું ઘટાડે છે.
પાતળા wires બચાવો. ઉંદરોના કાપવાથી બચાવો. આગ ફેલાવાનું ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. નાના diameter વાળા power, data અને instrumentation cables, panel wiring પણ.
Technology. દુનિયાની પહેલી translucent, flexible anti-rodent intumescent coating. 30-day test: coating પર કાપવાનાં 0 નિશાન, coating વગર 19; SAFE, RDSO/SPN/204 Annex. G. CBRI: cable પર 1.5 mm માં 120 min, IEC 60332-3-22 Cat. A.
તમને ફાયદો. ઉંદરોના કાપવાથી અને આગ ફેલાવાથી બચાવો. Cable ના રંગ દેખાતા રહે અને wiring flexible રહે.
Cable openings seal કરો. આગ અને ધુમાડો ફેલાતો ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. દીવાલો અને floors માં cable openings.
Technology. CSIR-CBRI tested: IS 12458 પ્રમાણે 75 mm પર 2 કલાક; જણાવેલું આયુષ્ય 20 વર્ષ. વિકલ્પો: 75 mm FM 71 અથવા જણાવેલો 50 mm FM 71 + 50 mm FB 250 hybrid.
તમને ફાયદો. ઓરડાઓ અને floors વચ્ચે આગ અને ધુમાડો ફેલાતો ઘટાડો. એક foot નો EC 43 cable coat, cables સાથે આગ આગળ વધવાના રસ્તા પર કામ કરે છે.
Cables સરળતાથી બદલો. Fire barrier ફરી બનાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Cable penetrations જ્યાં આગળ cables બદલવા પડે.
Technology. ફરી ખોલી શકાય એવો mineral-wool barrier: IS 12458 (CSIR-CBRI) પ્રમાણે 100 mm / 2 કલાક. જણાવેલા FM 71 + FB 250 + EC 43 hybrids થી protection 4 કલાક સુધી વધી શકે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. નવા cables લગાવો કે બદલો અને seal ફરી કરો. Load-bearing ક્ષમતા માટે FM 71 સાથે વાપરો.

Electrical assets સાફ કરો, insulate કરો અને બચાવો, જેથી વધુ ભરોસાથી કામ કરે.
ચાલુ panels સાફ કરો. Production shutdown ટાળો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. On-line panel relays, contactors અને plastic-sensitive surfaces.
Technology. આગ ન પકડતો, plastic-compatible cleaner, CO₂ 360° spray સાથે. SHP ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. યોગ્ય equipment ને shutdown વગર સાફ કરો. Production loss અને ગંદકીથી થતી ખરાબી ઘટાડો.
Contacts સાફ કરો. Switching faults ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. વીજળીથી અલગ કરેલા switches, relays અને contactors.
Technology. Plastic-compatible, CFC-free cleaner. ઝડપથી સુકાય; residue રહેતું નથી. SHP ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Switching faults ઘટાડો અને cleaning વચ્ચે સમય વધારો.
AC rooms માં PCBs સાફ કરો. ઓછી ગંધ. Residue નહીં.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. AC control rooms માં નાજુક PCBs અને electronics.
Technology. ઓછી ગંધવાળો, plastic-compatible, residue-free cleaner. CO₂ 360° spray; SHP ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે.

ભારે oil & grease કાઢો. Cleaning downtime ઘટાડો.

Technology. આગ ન પકડતો dielectric cleaner, CO₂ 360° spray સાથે. Oil અને grease કાઢે છે, residue છોડતો નથી.

Technology. પાણીથી ભારે formula ભેજ દૂર કરે છે અને insulation resistance પાછું લાવવામાં મદદ કરે છે. SHP ધૂળ અને પાણી દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. ભેજથી થતા flashovers ઘટાડો. જણાવેલું protection: નક્કી કરેલી conditions માં છ મહિના સુધી.
હઠીલો carbon કાઢો. મોંઘા contacts બચાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Contacts, commutators અને contactors પર flashover carbon.
Technology. જાડી film વાળો foam gel abrasives વગર ભારે carbon કાઢે છે; જણાવેલી silver અને copper surfaces સાથે compatible.
તમને ફાયદો. ઉઝરડા પાડ્યા વગર સાફ કરો. Contacts નું આયુષ્ય વધારો અને replacement ઘટાડો.
Motor નું આયુષ્ય વધારો. મોંઘી rewinding ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Motor winding end-turns, જ્યાં end covers ખોલીને પહોંચી શકાય.
Technology. ઝડપથી સુકાતો SHP varnish windings પર ત્યાં જ લાગે છે. Arcing અને tracking નો સામનો કરે છે; ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Insulation resistance જાળવો. Motor નું આયુષ્ય વધારો અને મોંઘી rewinding ઘટાડો.
Surface tracking ઘટાડો. Panel breakdowns ઓછા કરો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Panel insulators, current transformers અને potential transformers.
Technology. High-dielectric-strength SHP coating insulation resistance પાછું લાવવામાં મદદ કરે છે. Surface tracking કરતી ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Flashovers અને panel breakdowns ઘટાડો. Metering વધુ સમય ભરોસાપાત્ર રાખો.
જૂના cable joints ફરી seal કરો. Cable નું આયુષ્ય વધારો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Cable joints અને તિરાડવાળું અથવા જૂનું cable sheathing.
Technology. Flexible, fire-retardant SHP coating જણાવેલા PVC, rubber અને metal પર ચોંટે છે. ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. ખરાબ sheathing અને joints માં ભેજ ન જવા દો. Cable ની service life વધારો.
જોખમવાળા joints insulate કરો. Arcing & overheating ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Motor-cable, busbar-cable અને જોડાયેલા bus-bar joints.
Technology. હવામાં સુકાતી rubberised coating joints seal અને insulate કરે છે, રંગથી ઓળખ આપે છે. Ratings: 2 kV aerosol / 11 kV bulk, જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે. SHP ધૂળ અને પાણી દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Connections ને ભેજ અને corrosion થી બચાવો. Arcing, overheating અને connection failures ઘટાડો.
મોંઘા PCBs બચાવો. ભેજ અને ધૂળ દૂર રાખો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. ધૂળ, ભેજ અને fumes ના સંપર્કમાં આવતા PCBs.
Technology. Transparent, solder-through SHP coating. ધૂળ અને પાણી દૂર રાખે છે; તિરાડો, ઊખડવું અને રંગ બદલાવું ઘટાડે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Tracks વચ્ચે leakage અને corrosion ઘટાડો. મોંઘા boards બચાવો અને electronics નું આયુષ્ય વધારો.
Terminal sulphation રોકો. 12 મહિનાનું protection.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. સાફ કરેલા battery terminals.
Technology. Airtight, waterproof, acid-resistant waxy film. ખોલ્યા વગર બચાવે છે; જણાવેલું protection ઓછામાં ઓછું 12 મહિના.
તમને ફાયદો. Corrosion અને sulphation ઘટાડો. Connections ભરોસાપાત્ર રાખો અને terminal maintenance ઘટાડો.
કાટવાળા terminals સાફ કરો. ભરોસાપાત્ર connections પાછા મેળવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Battery terminals પર acid deposits અને corrosion.
Technology. ઘટ્ટ foam acid neutralise કરે છે. Indicator dye પહેલેથી છે; યોગ્ય terminals ત્યાં જ સાફ કરે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Connections ઝડપથી સાફ કરો. Battery નો ભરોસો અને આયુષ્ય વધારવામાં મદદ કરો.
Cable-entry gaps બંધ કરો. ધૂળ અને જીવાત બહાર રાખો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. મુશ્કેલ cable-entry gaps અને ખાલી જગ્યાઓ.
Technology. Non-rated gaps માટે ફેલાતો PU foam. Cured foam પર 7034 topcoat થી ઉંદરોના કાપવા સામે resistance વધે છે; આ combination fire-rated seal નથી.
તમને ફાયદો. ધૂળ, ભેજ, જીવાત અને ઉંદરોના આવવાના રસ્તા બંધ કરો. Equipment માં ગંદકી ઘટાડો.
Transformer oil leaks રોકો. Repair shutdown ટાળો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Transformer tank ના પહોંચી શકાય એવા leaks, જ્યાં બહારથી repair યોગ્ય હોય.
Technology. Clean કરો, plug લગાવો અને overlay કરો: leak seal કરીને repair મજબૂત કરો.
તમને ફાયદો. યોગ્ય leaks માંથી oil વહેતું shutdown વગર રોકો. Transformer બચાવો અને oil નો બગાડ ઘટાડો.
Copper & aluminium સાફ કરો. Electrical connections સુધારો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. વીજળીથી અલગ કરીને maintenance વખતે copper અને aluminium bus bars તથા compatible metals.
Technology. High-foam, phosphate-free cleaner copper, aluminium અને steel પરથી deposits કાઢે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Abrasive નુકસાન વગર contact surfaces ફરી સાફ કરો. ભરોસાપાત્ર electrical connections માં મદદ કરો.
Insulator scale કાઢો. Coatings ની પકડ અને આયુષ્ય વધારો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. કઠણ, cement જેવા deposits વાળા insulators.
Technology. ઝડપથી કામ કરતો acid scale remover compatible surfaces ને anti-track coatings માટે તૈયાર કરે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Coating adhesion સુધારો અને anti-track protection વધુ સમય ટકાવવામાં મદદ કરો.
Zinc protection પાછું મેળવો. વારંવાર કાટની repair ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Steel towers, pylons, poles, welds અને ખરાબ galvanised areas.
Technology. 93% zinc cathodic protection આપે છે. SHP વરસાદ અને ધૂળ દૂર રાખે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. જોખમવાળા steel areas નું protection પાછું મેળવો. વારંવાર કાટની repair ઘટાડો અને assets નું આયુષ્ય વધારો.
Isolator jaw અટકતું રોકો. Corrosion થી બચાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. જણાવેલા HV switchgear માં busbar isolator jaw contacts.
Technology. Dry graphite conductive film bi-metallic corrosion ઘટાડે છે. આગ નથી પકડતી અને પડ નથી ખરતાં.
તમને ફાયદો. Jaw અટકવું, arcing અને overheating ઘટાડો. Corrosion થી બચાવો અને isolator switching ભરોસાપાત્ર રાખો.
SF₆ leaks ઝડપથી શોધો. Gas loss અને downtime ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. SF₆ breaker valves અને joints, gas lines અને compressed-air systems.
Technology. આગ ન પકડતો spray, પહોંચી શકાય તેવા joints અને fittings માંથી gas ક્યાં નીકળે છે તે બતાવે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Leaks ઝડપથી શોધો અને સુધારો. Gas loss, equipment downtime અને operating problems ઘટાડો.
Overheating રોકો. Power loss ઘટાડો. Busbar joints બચાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Bolts થી જોડેલા busbar joints અને જણાવેલા current-carrying contact interfaces.
Technology. Synthetic contact grease corrosion થી બચાવે છે અને સારા current transfer માં મદદ કરે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Bolts થી જોડેલા busbar joints પર ગરમીના રૂપમાં વેડફાતી power ઘટાડવામાં મદદ કરો. Overheating અને breakdown નું જોખમ ઘટાડો.
Bearing નું આયુષ્ય વધારો. Grease ને windings થી દૂર રાખો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. ગરમી અને grease ફેલાવાથી અસર પામતા HT motor bearings.
Technology. 100% synthetic, PTFE-fortified grease ઓગળવું અને ફેલાવું ઘટાડે છે. જણાવેલી ratings: 180°C અને 3,000 rpm.
તમને ફાયદો. Grease bearing પર રહે, windings માં ન જાય. Bearing નું આયુષ્ય વધારો અને motor failures ઘટાડો.
અટકેલા nuts અને bolts ખોલો. સમય અને મહેનત બચાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. અટકેલા nuts, bolts અને કાટવાળી assemblies.
Technology. Heavy-duty penetrant કાટથી ચોંટેલા interfaces માં જઈને અટકેલા fasteners ખોલે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. ઓછા સમય અને મહેનતથી part છૂટો કરો. નુકસાન અને replacement cost ઘટાડો.

સળંગ floor system થી જણાવેલું operator protection આપો.
Panel operators બચાવો. વીજળીના ઝટકાનું જોખમ ઘટાડો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Electrical panels ચલાવવાની જગ્યાના floors.
Technology. IS 15652:2006 ની બધી છ requirements પ્રમાણે tested. Nano-ceramic fillers ઉઝરડા સહેવાની ક્ષમતા વધારે છે; ભેજ સહેતો primer adhesion વધારે છે. જણાવેલું આયુષ્ય: 10 વર્ષ.
તમને ફાયદો. સળંગ, સાફ કરી શકાય એવા floor થી operators ને જણાવેલું shock protection આપો. Panel rooms વધુ સાફ અને ધૂળમુક્ત રાખો.

High-voltage connections ને flashovers અને હવામાન તથા આસપાસની અસરથી બચાવો.
HV flashovers ઘટાડો. Power supply ભરોસાપાત્ર રાખો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. ધુમ્મસ, pollution, પ્રાણીઓ અને પતંગના દોરાના સંપર્કમાં આવતી HV lines અને bus bars.
Technology. Protective insulation coating, જણાવેલી system ratings માં, ગંદકી અને ભૂલથી બનેલા conducting bridge થી થતા flashovers ઘટાડે છે.
તમને ફાયદો. Power outages, equipment નું નુકસાન અને downtime ઘટાડો.
HV joints ને હવામાનથી બચાવો. Insulation મજબૂત રાખો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. HV connections અને cable joints.
Technology. Self-fusing silicone tape insulate કરે છે અને હવામાનથી બચાવે છે. જણાવેલી range: 600 V-35 kV અને +300°C સુધી, નક્કી કરેલા build-up અને conditions સાથે.
તમને ફાયદો. Joint insulation મજબૂત રાખો. હવામાનથી નુકસાન અને connection faults ઘટાડો.

Metal assets સાચવો અને electrical leakage નું જોખમ ઘટાડો.
Transformer steel બચાવો. કાટ અને oil leaks ઘટાડો.

Technology. Preparation મુશ્કેલ હોય એવા steel માટે surface-tolerant epoxy-PU. 727 SHP topcoat ધૂળ અને ભેજ દૂર રાખે છે; ટકાઉ અને હવામાન સહેતો.
તમને ફાયદો. Corrosion થી થતા oil leaks અને વારંવાર painting ઘટાડો. Transformer ને મોંઘા નુકસાનથી બચાવો.
વીજળીના ઝટકાનું જોખમ ઘટાડો. Metal ને કાટથી બચાવો.
ક્યાં વાપરવું. Metal lighting poles, panels અને જણાવેલી bus-bar surfaces.
Technology. દુનિયાની પહેલી SHP dielectric coating: 26.5 kV/mm; જણાવેલો protection system 11 kV સુધી. જાતે બુઝાતી, ધૂળ અને પાણી દૂર રાખતી.
