3. Immersion service specify કરતા પહેલાં chemical concentration અને temperature confirm કરો. Steel coating systems. જ્યાં specified હોય ત્યાં પસંદ કરેલા primer અને topcoat પહેલાં Z704 RUSTEX conversion વાપરો. 43B જુઓ. ES 70 2K ની પોતાની preparation specification છે.
Damaged metal અને pipework ને repair ની જગ્યાએ જ restore કરો.
નબળા pipes ને જગ્યા પર જ મજબૂત કરો. Emergency repairs ઝડપી કરો.
ઉપયોગ. Cracked, leaking કે corroded pipes માટે; tankage અને floating roofs માટે પણ.
Technology. અલગ PU activator સાથે pipe-strengthening wrap; wet surfaces પર લગાવી શકાય. અલગ repair areas માટે ત્રણ sizes માં મળે.

તિરાડવાળું steel ત્યાં જ repair કરો. ખાસ tools ની જરૂર નથી.

Technology. Fast-setting NMB polymer, હાથથી mix થતી epoxy stick તરીકે; અલગ measuring કે mixing tools નહીં.

ભીની surfaces repair કરો, underwater પણ.

Technology. Citrus d-limonene degreaser, high-flow wetting, 97% actives અને 360° spray સાથે; CO₂ propellant.

Wire ropes ને અંદરના કાટ અને strand wear થી protect કરો.
ઉપયોગ. Open gears અને wire ropes જે weather કે વારંવાર washdown ના સંપર્કમાં હોય.

Technology. Fortified lanolin corrosion barrier બનાવે અને પોતાના વજનથી પાંચ ગણું પાણી absorb કરે; compatible lubricants તેના પર લગાવી શકાય.

ઉપયોગ. Cooling-tower pumps, raw-water pumps અને વારંવાર પાણીના સંપર્કમાં રહેતા bearings.
Technology. 100% synthetic, polymer-reinforced, non-melting grease water washout સામે ટકે; rating 230 °C સુધી.
